I have a Samsung TV, UE40KU6000, which is advertised with a resolution of 3840 x 2160 pixels. However, when I watch TV through the TV box from my Freebox (connected via HDMI), I get a poor quality image with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels.
Could you tell me if it is possible to increase the resolution of the HDMI inputs on the TV?
For your information: the TV image is poor even when setting the Freebox TV to maximum quality, i.e., HD.
Thank you for your help.

And only on a single channel that broadcasts in 4K, which is Festival 4K (channel number 72).
And still, on the condition that your connection has a speed greater than 16 Mbit/s; otherwise, you won't have access to the channel.
The Freebox Revolution, Crystal, or V5 remain at 1080p.
And be careful with budget DVD players claiming to be 4K.
There is a 4K upgrade which is a fake 4K (slight software enhancement of 1080p) and true native 4K (very expensive :-( ).
Then we will explain to you how to set it up.
( We are not psychics ;-) )
