Hello, so I've had my screen for a year now and I'm satisfied, but for the last few days I have a problem: the HDMI side port is no longer recognized but it's still plugged in. I wanted to know if anyone knew what might be going on and if there was anything to do? Thank you in advance.

I thought about it, and I tried everything and nothing works, even the control system doesn't work anymore. Let me explain, when I turned on my PlayStation, the TV would turn on, and I could navigate on the PlayStation with the TV remote. But since the Side socket no longer recognizes the devices, the control system doesn't work anymore on any of the 3 HDMI ports.
