I tried to register but failed 3 times
here is my question I received my fribox which I connected with an rj45 cable going from the box to the TV I want to connect my 2nd TV to the box in the living room
can I cut the rj45 cable and put a kind of junction box to connect a cable that would go to the living room to connect the 2nd TV thanks for your answers do I need a switch and 2 connector plugs for that to put on the cable

Are you talking about a smart TV?

There are several RJ45 ports on the box, so use another one with a different cable to get internet on the second television.

If it's the Freebox TV on multiple TVs, they need to be connected by HDMI.

The TV doesn’t go through the RJ45 but through HDMI. Only internet does.

They provided me with freeplugs but since I have walls that are too thick, 70 cm, it doesn't work. I have 2 freebox players, so I have one connected with a 15 m cable that runs through the attic and works well.
I want to connect the TV in the living room the same way with a cable. I thought I could cut the cable that goes to my bedroom in the attic and connect the living room TV. If that's not possible, I'll buy a cable that will go from the box to the living room Freebox.

the walls have no influence on the freeplugs and other powerline adapters; the issue must be elsewhere, but an Ethernet cable is much better, you're right.
However, for 2 TVs, you need to take the multitv option and connect two TV boxes; there’s no other solution.
You can connect the two TV boxes via Ethernet to the box, yes, that’s better, with two cables.
Otherwise,
an Ethernet junction box is called a switch, so invest in a small switch if you want a single cable going from the box.
