Having installed a SERVIMAT VEGA HD decoder bouquet with a TNTSAT card for free channels on ASTRA 19.2E, I perfectly receive all the French free TNTSAT channels but no longer any foreign channels. However, I perfectly receive these other channels on my previous decoder. This strongly resembles a blockage from TNTSAT and/or Canal+, despite their advertising stating otherwise for free foreign channels (free air).
Neither of the two companies involved is reachable or responds to my calls.
Could someone provide me with more information and/or solutions?

In principle, it is enough to configure a terminal, which must be labeled Canal Ready 2017, as specified in the user manual, adding channels or transponders, manual or automatic search... etc....

What do you mean by configuring a terminal...?
The decoder is already Canal Ready and I don't see any page in the manual or the displayed menu that allows adding a virtual module.
In the meantime, I conducted a thorough search and it doesn't change anything either.

You did a "quick search", you need to do a "complete search" see page 15 of this notice:

First of all, my decoder is not the TSV7600HDU but the VEGA HD, although the manual is quite similar.
In any case, I have already conducted a thorough search and it does not change anything in the final result.

Have you tried doing a "reset" or "factory reset" or "initial configuration" first? Everything will be erased and reinitialized, then perform a complete search.

Thank you Andy, problem solved!
Since the home screen insisted on inserting the card, I didn't think I had access to the menu without it. All the free channels are accessible again.
