Hello,
I have an Orange phone subscription and a fixed Telecom line that I would like to cancel: when and how should I go about it? Thank you.

Good evening,
You just need to go to an Orange store and ask for an Internet subscription that includes telephony.
Your line will be transformed accordingly, and your landline subscription will be canceled... the phone that is directly plugged into the socket will no longer be of any use, you will have to connect it to the box.
You will even keep the number of your old Standard line.
Furthermore, if you also have a mobile with Orange, you can bundle everything into one single subscription.
It is very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
Especially when it isn’t there...

Hi

Be careful, when I made this change (in 2011), I had to specify to Orange that we wanted to keep the geographical number (the one for the line we were cancelling in 01, 02, 03, 04, or 05) instead of the 09 of the Livebox line.

With Orange, it's better to ask twice than once.
