Hello everyone,
So I got caught up in this, close family members duped me into it. And I only found out about it later on the internet and it scares me.
I sent a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the following address:
ACN Communications France SAS
9/11, allée de l'Arche
Tour Egée, Paris La Défense
92671 Courbevoie Cedex
France
I found this address on the ACN website.
I also received this email:
Thank you for your interest in ACN!
On behalf of the founders of ACN, our employees, and the tens of thousands of independent Representatives across Europe, North America, and Oceania, welcome to ACN! We are thrilled to welcome your decision to join us in this business opportunity, which is now the foundation of your own success story.
ACN could not process your credit card. Your payment must be made within 14 days of your registration, otherwise it will be canceled and the contract may be terminated without notice from ACN. For any questions, you can also visit "MyACN."

ACN, you are crooks; there’s no need to flaunt your success. It’s like a pimp telling us, "it's not illegal, I make a good living, and my whole team does too."
For your information, the "independent representatives" in Toulouse are on the run in Mexico.

Hello..
Registration method?
Does your registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt clearly express your wish to terminate? You can check the termination method by reading the relevant chapter in the ACN general conditions of sale..

I work for a certain historical operator. I've already heard about the "recruitment" practices of ACN which are outrageous, and unfortunately, they're not the only ones...
I also know that on the client side, we have subscribers who have been bothered for months by advisors impersonating us, demanding bank details, assuring a pricing offer, threatening to cut off our clients' lines.
Several bogus companies such as A telecom / E Telecom / 12 telecom.... whose headquarters are located in the suburbs of Bordeaux, and behind some of them is ACN.
The Bordeaux prosecutor's office has been notified for fraud, and moreover, my employer has filed a complaint for identity theft.
It's a pity that the procedures are lengthy.

ACN doesn't sell anything. ACN relies on the relationships of its representatives to extract the €480. But be careful, I've seen many friends whose relationships have soured after subscribing to ACN. Let me explain, they promise friends miraculous earnings, so far so good, but once people see their account debited €480, and then they have to find at least 3 representatives willing to fork out €480 within 30 days of subscribing, the pressure mounts. Few people succeed. Moreover, the services offered by ACN are not innovative at all. How do you expect to sell video conferences to grandmothers on France Telecom lines, or to young people, when with Skype, teleconferencing is free, and with Hangout, we can chat with 9 people for free...
Anyway, if you've won the lottery and have no idea how to spend your money, and the only thing that interests you is having the title of Vice President, then go ahead, jump in right away... glory is near.
On the other hand, if you think you can make a living with ACN, plan to rent a large room in a prestigious hotel (at your own expense please), spend your time calling everyone, wasting your time, knowing that few people subscribe at the end of the meeting.
Just to tell you that a friend subscribed to ACN, she earned €1.20 per month, a psychological gain.

"Just to let you know, a friend of mine signed up for ACN, she's earned €1.20 a month, a psychological gain."
If your friend earned €1.20/month that means the work she put in was worth €1.20. End of story.
At ACN, if you don't get off your ass to reach your goals, no one will do it for you. Unless you have good sponsors who want you to succeed. But otherwise, you really need to have the desire to succeed and especially love what you do, because if you don't love what you're doing, you're going to quit and that's why so many people fail.

1.20€/month, that's practically 20 hours of work per week, calling, organizing visits, paying for travel by car, attending conferences (not free). So, I'm not doing the math for you, because my calculator doesn't have many decimal points (after the comma).
@beaucoupdedefault, if you're doing better revenue than that, good for you.
But for most of the people I know, it's rather poorly off.
So if I have a piece of advice for those who want to dive in with ACN. Think carefully before committing, it's not the emotion of the moment that will influence you. Think instead about the relationships you will lose because of ACN. There's more to lose than to gain!!!

Go ahead, subscribe blindly, the promise of a miraculous gain is almost guaranteed, within 1-2%. After all, what is 480 euros during a crisis? It's nothing at all! It's just a subscription fee, it allows you to buy forms, bags, ACN products, even caps (in sunny weather, it's very useful). With ACN, you will find a family, people who love you, who will never let you down, kind people. No matter the gain, the important thing is to be recognized, to have the title and to find ourselves together at conferences in unusual countries.
Do you have to exhaust yourself to earn something? Not at all, it will be super easy, you just need to call all your friends who are on total internet withdrawal, ask them to return to France Telecom and ask them to pay 15€ per month. They will be thrilled to help you. Because for you, it will allow you to earn points. For your friends, the most important thing is to benefit from a reduced rate in terms of consumption per minute. Before, it was free, now it’s almost less than 30 cents per minute: whoa, incredible, amazing, awesome!!! I can't believe it! I have a hard time believing that with ACN we can still save money??? But yes, ACN is a big opportunity...never a scam, no pyramid selling (it's forbidden!).
So do you want to become independent? Live your life with dignity, make little effort, and earn more? Then, ACN is for you, it's the dream!! So go for it, attend ACN conferences, be the first to whip out the checkbook. With Midas, we pay 100,000 euros in franchise, with ACN, it’s only 480 euros!! You have to believe it, hurry up, the wall is close, charge, don’t hold back, accelerate, the pole is right in front of you...go my friend...don’t listen to those around you, the warning signals!!

Hello,
Having already attended an ACN conference, where no one tells you anything, perhaps to better pluck you afterwards, it's true that the sales system of a "product" that is either cheaper in some cases or even free in others is, in my opinion, a notorious disguise for pyramid selling.
And while the company Free is battling on the pricing front to make a name for itself in French telecommunications, knowing that it doesn't even have its own relay infrastructure, I was told that ACN (which no one knows) is the future of global communication (and French communication in the same breath), and moreover, without ever mentioning the offers, nor even the specifics of the "product" we are supposed to sell.
However, the speaker indulged in a lot of network chatter, or more simply, the little lies among friends, because while at first we talked about sales and interest on sales (to attract the audience), by the end of the day (yes, the conference is long) we had narrowed it down to recruiting acquaintances to become sellers in turn, to, I quote, "recoup your annual fee as quickly as possible."
Patience is a virtue that few people have, so rather than struggling to try to sell phones, you should rather try to convince your neighbor to join ACN, so that their fee can reimburse yours.
In short, zerodefault has particularly well summarized what ACN offers you, namely a guaranteed waste of time.
And to finish, I loved the concept of the annual fee, "paying to work,” it's laughable.

I received a call from someone looking for sales advisors and they were interested in my profile. But how did they get my number? Supposedly through Pôle Emploi! Well, it's too easy for recruiters to have a mobile number on a CV uploaded online (beware of exploiters). They asked if I was registered with Pôle Emploi (yes, I indeed am), and thanks to that question, they confirmed that they had indeed gotten my number from there. The guy wasn't even sure at first: suspicious!
Anyway, I accept the meeting despite the fact that I am currently looking for an internship rather than a job. I go to the meeting... which takes place in a hotel! STRANGE nonetheless: but where is your company? Why did he send me texts telling me not to disturb the hotel reception, to wait for him to come and greet me, when in fact he makes a call to tell me to go up to the first floor after the other girl leaves? I really wonder...
Well okay, I go up. I recognize him, he greets me, tells me to make myself comfortable, etc... but once I reach the top. I introduce myself, he asks questions about my CV, then presents his "company" (Anovia Payments) on an iPad and at the same time he talks, so I struggle to follow.
Then he asks me if I have any questions, but since I understood nothing and it was my first job interview, I only ask one: what do you sell? Response: phone, internet, etc... at low prices.
Then he asks for my bank details, my credit card, my health card, and my ID, and after I give him all that, he gives me a sheet to fill out where I have to write down the people I know who use the internet the most, and the people I would like to work with. While I write all these names, I don’t know what he’s doing, but what is certain is that he’s sitting across from me and he’s not doing nothing.
Then, he gives me back all my cards and everything, briefly explains what the filled-out sheet is for (to create my network). And finally, he makes me sign a paper that I didn’t even bother to look at what was written on it (I admit, I was pretty foolish there), I signed without thinking >< "Yeah I actually thought it was a paper to confirm your presence...
In conclusion, he calls me the next day to say that the interview went rather positively and that it was good to start the training after my other training ends. So I took the opportunity to ask him where the training was, he replied: "in Rennes". Then I realized that a day later, my account was debited 478.80€?!! WTF?? And I remembered that I had signed a paper and that this paper, in my opinion, was an authorization for withdrawal. Well damn! Why do you have to pay to enter a company? Why is it so expensive? I may have signed a paper, but in no way did I verbally agree to this "offer". I just said: “okay, thank you”.
Well in the end, I called him 3 days later to ask him what this 478.80€ debit from my account was (I filed a complaint beforehand) and he told me it was the contract I signed (so it's not an authorization for withdrawal), then I told him I didn’t agree and I didn’t want to be part of this training, he still insisted that I stay because we could earn a lot of money but I clearly said NO and told him I wanted to be refunded, but that I had blocked my card, but for him, if I wanted to be refunded, I had to unblock it (not clear all this nonsense!), I think he didn’t understand that checks exist. Then, I told him it’s illegal for a person to pay for a contract (yes I informed myself in the meantime), and he replied...(unfortunately I don't remember anymore).
To finish, I asked him what his name was but he told me "good evening, see you tomorrow!". Yes “see you tomorrow” because he explained to me (before I asked for his name) that we would discuss this again tomorrow for me to decide in the meantime to unblock my card or not.
The next morning, I sent him a text to tell him that I wasn’t going to unblock my credit card but I proposed that if the insurance works, I wouldn’t need to be refunded, but on the contrary, if not; and that if he refused both proposals, I would be obliged to file a complaint. After sending this text, he called me back an hour later to tell me that he had already sent the refund file and that I needed to unblock my card if I wanted to be refunded. I told him it wasn’t even worth thinking about, that he abused my trust, he replied that if I filed a complaint against the company I would have problems, that it was me who would be at fault, that I would have to pay them more than 2000€ and that it was unfortunate to come to this, that it would be better if I unblocked my card and everything... I told him: “am I the one at fault here??”, he told me I was incompetent and everything, so I told him that anyway I hadn’t understood anything, he replied that indeed he had noticed, that anyway I was incompetent, that it was against my parents that I should file a complaint and not his company because it was my parents who gave me that incompetence, I told him: “against my parents while what you’re doing is illegal! And then, where did this 478.80€ come from, why is it so expensive, how did you get my number?”, and he replied that that was not the question, that anyway I hadn’t understood, that I was incompetent and all that and then he hung up on me (I didn’t have time to finish my sentence).
Anyway, the next evening I had an appointment with my bank, my banker explained to me that it was a legal scam, a pyramid scheme, we looked at my account and in the details, we see that the so-called recruiter from Anovia Payments debited 478.80€ right after the meeting, not 2 days later as I thought... Finally, I took steps with my banker to activate the insurance.
Two days later, we managed to find the phone number of the company ACN which is based in Paris. They indeed have my registration file but on the other hand, we have 14 days to get refunded, and for that, a handwritten letter must be sent by mail AND by email to explain why we want to be refunded (there’s no need to unblock my card for that) and indeed 5 days later, we are actually refunded.
What I can conclude is that the recruiter was dishonest from start to finish: no need to unblock the card; no need for him to send a refund file; during recruitment, he never told me it was payant, he just talked to me about a franchise; he never wanted to say his name (he’s hiding something); no way to find the person corresponding to the phone number: unlisted, belongs to an internal company, etc... He debited me 478.80€ right after the meeting while during recruitment, he told me he would call me the next day to tell me if it was positive or negative (basically, he didn’t wait to tell me to debit me); he tells me that the interview was rather positive but when I spoke to him on the phone to resolve the matter, he told me that he had indeed noticed that I understood nothing: ABUSE OF TRUST
So WATCH OUT ACN & Anovia Payments are hiding things... and it might be time to uncover them because there are quite a few people who are still getting caught. Quite an organization to defraud without getting caught!

Excuse me, but since when do we pay for a contract to sell crap? Many people get scammed, especially when we're young and lack experience. Most people don't succeed and leave, while others stay because they believe that one day they'll hit the jackpot. I know other companies that are much more honest, like LR for example, even if what they sell isn't top-notch, at least they explain to you that it's not easy at the beginning, they clearly explain why you have to pay upfront, they give you time to think it over, and ACN is still far from all that! Yes, they are crooks because they deceive their clients, their teammates, they lie to you about their "salary," all this to make money when in the end they receive nothing, they charge you money right after the interview, they're on the verge of harassment if you don't want to join their team, they hire you even though you have no experience in this field, they don't even warn you that it's paying, all they want is to grab money by deceiving the most vulnerable! In the end, ACN representatives, before being crooks, were suckers!
PS: I'm not the only one who got conned during the job interviews, several complaints were filed that day because Mr. charged money even though some victims hadn't even signed the contract.
Where do you explain the honesty? Hello, scam!

The problem is not necessarily the company because you said it yourself, they reimburse without any issues... But rather their recruitment system that allows anyone to join this company and not apply the methods learned during training...
I am not part of the institution but I have known ACN for a few years and I have seen people join and many leave. Of course, it’s difficult; you need charisma and connections, but in one month and with little effort alongside family and friends, the quota is quickly reached for a bonus that reimburses your initial investment. This actually allows you to pay for your authorization as an independent seller. In my opinion and based on my observations, I know someone who is doing very well. After that, I’m not sure of anything; I evaluate based on the information I gather and will gather... Two years ago, I didn’t believe it, now I don’t know... BUT I REPEAT, I HAVE NEVER BEEN SIGNED UP.

I am amazed by people's ignorance regarding how businesses operate. When I hear someone say that ACN is the most ethical company in the world, either that person has never worked in a company, or their understanding of ethics is as thin as the ice in Alaska. Having attended an ACN meeting, I can see that the speech is well-rehearsed, promising double-digit growth without showing cash flow, debts, or financial reports published with the US Securities and Exchange Commission. This obscured balance sheet hides something: a lack of transparency.
There has been a lot of discussion on the forum, for or against. I say, 1) if you are a people person and know a lot of people with above-average persuasive power, go for it. But be aware that it won't be easy, as ACN's Compensation Plan is based on the ratio: 90% of earnings from recruiting new independent sellers, and 10% from selling products or services. 2) If you are not at all a people person, I strongly advise against it, as you won't make it; it will be too hard. You'll need to sacrifice and travel 200 km a week to meet people, recruit, teach, all at your own expense, as ACN pays nothing for your phone bills, and even less for your travel expenses.
One last thing, ACN claims that by joining ACN, you are creating your own business. This is absolutely false, as ACN is not a 'Franchise', your status is that of a VDI: independent home seller, not a business owner, business manager, or self-employed person.
If you still wish to join despite warnings from others, I wish you good luck. But don't ruin the relationships you've built with your circle; these relationships take years to develop, and it's a shame to destroy them over money and issues of prestige and title through ACN.
If you're hesitating, I recommend looking into other less demanding activities that can yield immediate returns without necessarily investing money. Yes, they exist on the internet. Research ACN, Wikipedia, forums, etc., and form your own opinion based on your personal interests and not others', especially not based on ACN.
If you have doubts about ACN, you certainly have your own reasons. Move on quickly to other things...
Good luck to all.

Registration online via a link that a family member sent me.
Yes, my registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt clearly states that I wish to cancel; I am within the 14-day period since I did this just yesterday... I also added my identification number, because their email supposedly says that the payment could not be processed.
To receive a copy of the contract, as well as the equipment to get started, payment must be made in advance.

Re:
OK.. Normally your cancellation is effective.. We'll see if you won't be 'followed up'..
You did well to withdraw in time from this rather shady 'wonderful opportunity'..
A little precaution: if you have provided bank information, check with the bank to permanently block any withdrawals.. For more security, also send them a registered letter in addition to an 'oral' notification..
See you+

I went to my bank this morning, I requested to block all withdrawals whether by direct debit or credit card and even checks to be sure.
I am now waiting to receive a letter from ACN to confirm the cancellation.

Hello everyone,
I received the acknowledgment of receipt by mail for the registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. However, there is still no reply by mail.
There was, however, a response by email:
Dear Representative,
ACN thanks you for contacting our Field Support Services Helpdesk.
As per your request, your status as an independent representative with ACN has now been deactivated.
For further information, you can contact one of our Field Support Services agents by calling 01.82.634.444, Monday to Friday, from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
Best regards,
___________
So is it really good this time? I ask myself the question... I would have preferred if he wrote that my independent representative contract with ACN is indeed terminated...
I will see later if I receive a letter...

Hello Gathoun,
I am outraged by these practices that are completely contrary to the ethics of ACN.
I am part of this company, and I can tell you that what this person did does not respect the rules and procedures of the company in any way.
They are parasites who take advantage of a completely honest business opportunity and tarnish our image.
I hope you have recovered your money.
Have a good day.

Yes, it's my mistake, I admit that for Bill Gates, however, he strongly recommends MLM; I quote, "if I had to start all over again, I would choose network marketing (ACN is part of it)." Moreover, many speakers have conducted training for this magnificent company... such as Anthony Robbins, John Maxwell, Robert Kiyosaki, Zig Ziglar, and many more. They are international references in their field...
There are thousands of representatives in France, and as an independent, I simply take care of our team, and I won't go rummaging through other teams to see who is honest or not. It’s like if in my current job I went snooping on my colleagues to see if they are doing their job well and reported to the CEO if someone is not doing their work correctly. Personally, I couldn't care less as long as everything in our team is done with integrity and value; no need to look elsewhere. ACN and MLM are obvious, unfortunately misunderstood; honestly, I have no desire to debate or convince you as long as on my side I'm living fully part-time with ACN and I'm happy with it— that's what matters :D
Safe travels to you, friends!
