Hello,
I accidentally put a cassette that was poorly rewound into my camcorder. It jammed immediately when I tried to use it and it refuses to eject the cassette.
Upon ejecting, it opens by 1mm and closes immediately.
Can it be ejected? If so, how?
The other solution might be to dismantle the cover (there are two small screws) but I would like some advice.

Hello,
actually, it's not the panel that needs to be disassembled but the cover.
From there, you'll certainly be able to access the tape that is wound around the head.
Then, with infinite caution, you need to try to turn the head WITHOUT TOUCHING the surface that is in contact with the magnetic tape.
By proceeding slowly, you should be able to unroll the tape and free it from the reading head and then remove the cassette.
