Hello,
I am using a Brother MFC-L2700DW printer, with ControlCenter4 software, on Windows 10. In all the guides I have gone through (both offline and online), I can see the "Duplex Scanning" checkbox (ControlCenter4 > Scan tab > File button). However, this checkbox does not appear for me (not even grayed out), nor, of course, the binding options that depend on it. Do you know what this might be due to? I have installed all the drivers that seemed necessary.
Could it be because I am using Windows 10 (I have had compatibility issues with some software under Windows 10)? I asked Brother, who sent me an automatic response with this link: http://support.brother.com/g/s/os/win/index.html
But this led me to uninstall all the drivers to reinstall the drivers for Windows 10, which I had already done, so it did not help me. Is there another solution to this problem?

Sorry, the feature is not available for this model. It's clearer in the specifications (http://support.brother.com/g/b/spec.aspx?c=be〈=fr∏=mfcl2700dw_us_eu_as) than in the manuals, I think.
