Get a double-sided scan

Hello,

Thank you for your help. I have a TS 6350 printer that prints and scans. I absolutely need to send a double-sided administrative document as an attachment. I have this document printed double-sided, and I am trying to obtain a double-sided scan to send a single attachment, with the front signed but not the back. I am not able to do it; I am following everything indicated in my printer's manual, and I only get a single double-sided sheet printed.

Thank you very much for guiding me on the procedure or telling me if this is really not possible with this printer.

    Hello,

    The easiest way, after scanning both sides:

    In your file manager, select the 2 documents (you can hold down the CTRL key on your keyboard while clicking on multiple documents).

    Right-click on one of the selected documents, choose "Print".

    In the printer selection, choose "Microsoft Print to PDF".

    Confirm, and choose a save location.

    You will have a .PDF document that combines your 2 pages.

    It's not a matter of printer but of the software used, you are lucky the Canon U scan Utilities software allows you to do that, you installed it during the printer installation, see:

    Hello,

    Scanning a double-sided sheet in PDF means getting a PDF that contains 2 pages. We could scan the 2 pages independently and then combine them into a single file.

    I have a Canon TS8251, it comes with the Canon Ij Scan Utility software, which is probably the same as yours?
    Start Canon Ij Scan Utility, place the front side on the glass, select Document, then turn the page and choose Continue scanning, Scan, and finally, Exit. You’ll get a 2-page PDF.
