Hello,

I bought a new PC, but it doesn’t display anything on the screen when I turn it on. The DRAM LED lights up red.

I then tried swapping the positions of the two RAM sticks or using just one, but nothing worked.

Do you have any idea what this could be?

My setup:

Motherboard: MSI MAG B550 TOMAHAWK
Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 3600
RAM: Crucial Ballistix
SSD: Crucial P2
Power supply: Corsair RM750
Graphics card: ASUS Radeon RX 6600 XT OC
Case: NZXT H510

    Hello
If you have purchased a new PC (and not components), it is abnormal and therefore it should be returned under warranty.
    Best regards

Actually no, I bought the components and I just finished the assembly.

There is no exact reference for the Rams
