Red CPU LED Solved

Question

Hello everyone, I'm asking for your help because I've just finished assembling a PC intended for CAD. Everything seems to be connected correctly, at least according to me, but when I try to turn on the computer, the only response I get is a brief lighting of the RGB from the power supply and a warning LED on the motherboard indicating CPU.

Details of the configuration:
Aorus B450 Elite motherboard
Ryzen 5 1600 3.2GHz processor
Nvidia Quadro P620 graphics card
Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x8GB DDR4 2666MHz RAM
Crucial NVMe M.2 500GB SSD
And Aerocool Lux Modular RGB 550W power supply

Hello,
your CPU is apparently misaligned, you need to lift the metal lever next to the socket all the way up to free the holes meant for the CPU pins; if the holes are not sufficiently open, the processor pins cannot fit into their sockets.

Thank you already Bazfile for your response.

I checked twice, removed the processor and it fits perfectly in its socket. I tried unplugging the 8-pin connector that goes from the power supply to the motherboard for the processor. When attempting to start it up, the behavior of the machine is exactly the same.
I would tend to question the power supply, but with all new components, it seems surprising to me..

Hello, to clear up the doubt, I will test the power supply.
Disconnect the 24-pin connector and put a paperclip on the green wire and the other end on a black wire next to it.
If the power supply fan spins, it's good.
By the way, if it's already spinning, then it's good.
