Hello and welcome to this forum,
For the orientation of the satellite dish, refer to this website:

-Enter your full address on the left
-Select the satellite you want to point to from the list on the right
-Click on "Search!" next to your address,
-Zoom in on the map using the + button to accurately locate your house
-Place the target where your dish will be by clicking and dragging, and use a feature in the surroundings (tree, house) to orient yourself, first in direction and then in elevation.
At the bottom right of the map, you have the elevation, azimuth, and rotation direction in degrees of the head in its mount (cross-polarization adjustment); the last line "LNB Skew" is very important.
Also use the signal strength bars on the decoder by communicating with someone in front of the screen by phone to fine-tune the adjustment, which should ideally be done with a satellite finder; this is a reference:
