Wii U ownership transfer, data loss.

Hello,

I am considering potentially buying a used Wii U Zelda edition at a reasonable price (around 200 euros for that and two Mario games).

However, the owner needs to format the console, which would delete the installed digital game Zelda Wind Waker.
Given the price, I would like to keep this game, which is part of the collector's edition.
What could the owner do so that by changing the console's network ID, the game can be transferred?

Thank you for your quick responses, as this concerns a nearby and important sale.

    Hello,

to my knowledge, Nintendo does not allow game transfers to other accounts; this is the limitation imposed by digital downloads compared to physical media.

Unfortunately, you will not be able to keep the game without its account since the game belongs to that account.

    Thank you for the response
I’m waiting to see a miracle happen then...

Sub-question: is the lot worth it if the game is no longer included? The console is in very good condition in its box, and Mario Kart 8 and Mario Bros U are included as well.
Isn’t there a risk of the console losing value without the game? (which I'm not that interested in compared to other games, but still...)
