Hello,

I’m reaching out because I have no sound when I play "Call Of Duty: Black Ops 2" :( I recently changed my graphics card, about 1-2 weeks ago; I used to have a MSI GTX 560 TI 1GB, and now I have a MSI GTX 1050 TI 4GB. I’m not sure if that’s the issue, but when I tried to launch the game, the resolution had changed to 640x480, whereas it had been 1920x1080 since last summer, so I had to reset it to 1920x1080.
And so there's no sound, except for players' voices in their mics.
I found several threads here saying that I should reinstall DirectX from the location found in the "Black Ops 2" folder in "Steam", which I did, but it changed nothing; I still have no sound.
Meanwhile, the sound works perfectly in my other games; I tested it with "Counter Strike: Global Offensive", "Brothers", "Alice: Madness Returns", etc., so it seems the issue is with "Black Ops 2". I ran "verify game cache integrity", but it found nothing.
So I don’t know what else to do :(

Do you have any ideas, please?

Thank you very much in advance,

Well, I finally found it. Since all the video and audio settings had been reset, I had to change the output by selecting speakers and then apply it. I hadn't applied it, which is why it wasn't working. So the problem is solved, sorry for posting :(
