French Quotation Marks in Libre Office

I installed LO 5.1.6.2
configured Tools -> AutoCorrect -> AutoCorrect Options -> Language Options to replace in Quotation Marks " with « and »
and it works perfectly

In detail:

Tools>AutoCorrect>AutoCorrect Options>Language Options> Double quotes
" Replace " enabled

1 click on the " opening quotes " box >>>>latin 1
1 click on the desired double quote (U+00AB)
1 click on " Insert "

Return to the " AutoCorrect " window:
1 click in the " closing quotes " box
1 click on the desired double quote (U+00BB)
1 click on " Insert "

Tools>AutoCorrect
1 click on " While typing "

I'm afraid there isn't such a setting in Libre Office...
As curious as it may seem, the designers of this software either didn't think of it or couldn't achieve it!
The solutions that work for Word don't work here...
You'll therefore have to either make do with English quotation marks or compose [alt+174] and [alt+175].

I searched a lot too, before realizing that you have to then go back to Tools/Autocorrection and choose "While typing" or "Apply"!
