Unsupported video resolution

Hello,
I've been using Captvty for a long time to record TV shows for later viewing.
I convert the files to MP4 and transfer them to a USB stick. I then watch them on a Sony Bravia television. For the past few days, I’ve been unable to play the files; the television displays the following message: video resolution not supported. I should mention that the video plays fine on my PC.
Does anyone have any idea?

    Good evening,
    Strange, if it worked before, try doing a factory reset on your TV.
    Or is there an issue with your USB stick?
