Hello,
I received my Samsung Galaxy S3, I've set it up as best I can, but I still have one issue, a big issue since I bought this phone for that:
When I go to the Play Store to download an app, I'm asked for my Google account, I fill in the information, I'm asked to wait a few minutes and then I get the message: UNABLE TO CONNECT TO THE SERVER! I don't know what to do anymore! I have WiFi signal, and it worked with my previous simple smartphone... but it was too small!
Thank you to anyone who can help me!
Best regards

    Hello,
    try this method:
-on your PC, log in to your Google account
-in your account, go to security
    -then to two-step verification
-and click on manage your app-specific passwords.

This will give you a password to log in on your phones or tablets.

Thank you, I had hope :-( but it didn't work, I entered the number sent by SMS, and I still get the message: unable to establish a reliable connection with the server, it may be a temporary issue or you might not have data services with your Android device. If the problem persists, please contact customer support. Not much progress... I don't even know how to reach support, so I'm counting on you, thank you.
