Hello, I have had a Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini for almost 2 years, but I have a problem: it won't charge anymore and I'm going to London in 4 days.
As soon as I plug it in, it vibrates, the brightness increases, and there's a little white lightning bolt in the gauge, but it doesn't charge; it's gradually discharging and I don't know what to do. I have tried changing the charger, plugging it in via USB with my PC, but nothing works and there's only 2% battery left. I don’t know what I should do; if the battery is dead or if it’s a connector issue, I have no idea. I need help to figure out if my phone is dead or if it's possible to bring it to a repair shop. I need help as soon as possible, please!!

Hello,

Is your battery dead?!

We have the same problem: the phone has been returned to Darty twice, first for a charging issue and then for a boot issue. We picked it up yesterday with a new battery. Unfortunately, it doesn't recognize any charger (we have 2 Ace2 and two tablets, all using micro USB B) (yet it managed to go from 5% to 60% but is not recognized by my PC when I connect it via USB (and it doesn’t charge that way either)...
Just before the end of the warranty!

I won't say anything more about the Tassimo coffee maker that is at Darty for the 3rd time... The customer service is well organized, but there is always an incredible queue. Something must be going on...

Good evening,

Has their customer service looked at the charging connector?

Battery and connector changed!!
Smartphone reset to factory settings!
In my opinion, it might be better to consider a replacement?!

I went to a repair service where they used a cutter to reposition the connector in the charging port because it was stuck against a side. Ever since, it works perfectly; it charges very well, no problem at all.
