Hello

How to save a PowerPoint with text and SOUND on a USB stick, so that it can be "transported" and read on any PC ....

    Hello,
    go to the folder where your PowerPoint file is located
    Plug in your USB drive
    Right-click on the PowerPoint file
    Click on "copy"
    Go to your USB drive
    Right-click then "paste"
    There you go, your PowerPoint file is now on your USB drive.
    Now, to read it on another PC, it must have the "viewer" or the same software (that is, PowerPoint)
    If the PC doesn't have PowerPoint, download the viewer from this page
    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=13
    Install the viewer
