Hello,
Could you please rewrite it in French?
If the person does not follow you, it is impossible to send them a "DM" unless they have explicitly allowed it in their settings.
Of course, it still has to be that they haven't blocked you or that your account hasn't been restricted on certain features because you've "abused" them ;-)
