Hello,
I have a problem with my computer, I restarted it and then it asked me for my password, I entered it but it won't accept it, I already tried with the QWERTY keyboard but it still doesn't want to, I'm a bit lost here.. can anyone help me?

It's a 13-inch silver Mac Pro that I bought last year in October.
I assume it's running the latest version since I installed the new update.

Good evening,

try resetting the password after starting the Mac from its recovery partition, following this method:

best regards.

Have a nice day :-) - Francis

When you turn on your computer, you click on Command and R at the same time, then you get to something but you don't pay attention to it and you click on the Apple and on restart and you enter your password and there you go, it works, but you have to do this all the time and inside your password is not recognized.

I can't get the same result after typing the word in the terminal.

Hello,

After noticing the same issue, I realized while entering my recovery key that the keyboard had switched to QWERTY, so some keys are misplaced and you shouldn't use SHIFT to enter numbers. Once the system starts up, the keyboard switches back to AZERTY.

After following this appeal process, I was able to restore normal behavior: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202036
