Hello,
Following a burglary at my home, I just acquired a new computer, a Lenovo brand, but I find that it runs on Windows 10, and Windows 10 is incompatible with my CANON IP3300 printer.

If anyone can help me solve this issue, I would be eternally grateful...

    MESSAGE 2

So since yesterday I've made some progress.

I noticed that I was offered to install the printer with a "supplied disk"
I found a CD provided by CANON for my CANON PIXMA IP3300.
    I managed to install it!
    But still no printing...
I saw in the settings "the printer is reporting an error state"
I changed an ink cartridge that was empty, and now the printer is no longer in "error state"

BUT THERE IT IS, STILL NOTHING
WHEN I START A DOCUMENT "PRINT ERROR PENDING"

If anyone can help me, thank you very much!!

Hello, Canon has not developed a Windows 10 driver for this printer.
The latest driver is for Windows 7.
    You can try this method:

Download the latest functional driver from the Canon website (make sure to choose the right version, 32 or 64 bits):

    Uninstall the current driver.

    Then disable driver signature enforcement:

Click on the Start menu and select the "Settings" option.
    Click on Update & Security.
    Click on Recovery.
Click on Restart now under Advanced Startup.
    Click on Troubleshoot.
    Click on Advanced options.
    Click on Startup Settings.
    Click on Restart.
On the Startup Settings screen, press 7 or F7 to disable mandatory driver signature enforcement.

Install the downloaded driver and run a test.

Personally, this worked on a Canon MP520 that has no driver for Windows 10.

    Hello,
I received an email from the user jmarion3 asking for the exact model of my printer.
I'm not sure how to respond to your email.
My printer is a Canon Pixma IP3300.
Thanks to jmarion3, and while I'm at it, I want to wish everyone a Happy New Year 2017!

Thank you very much arnoleb 5900!
You saved me from throwing away my printer and wasting the ink cartridges that I just replaced...
