Gigaset c610: no base

Hello,

On the phone screen, it shows: no network and no signal icon. I couldn't find any information in the phone's manual.

    I just had the Gigaset service, and the problem was resolved by removing and reinserting the batteries; I no longer have the message: no base
    hoping that it works for you too.
