Hello,

I just received a MIO M610 GPS (model N381 5000) that freezes when loading the maps and returns to the "Safety Agreement" page.
I do not have the user manual or the original box.
Can someone suggest solutions?

Thank you

Configuration: Vista Home Premium
Intel Pentium Dual, CPU E 2200 2.2Ghz
Atti Radeon HD 3650
hard drive 580 GO

Good evening and thank you for this response.
I followed the process, but after accepting, the GPS goes to Mio Explore, starts loading the maps, but then freezes halfway, and returns to the "accept safety agreement" screen....
I tried connecting it to my computer, it is recognized, but the GPS freezes on the window "with the computer and GPS screens" and the connection activity.... Additionally, not having an installation CD, I don't have the key...

"not having an installation CD I don't have the key"
For that part, unfortunately, I cannot help you, you need to ask the owner.

Thank you for your advice... but indeed there aren't really any other solutions.
