Hello,

It would be really nice of you to teach me how to find out if my graphics card is UEFI compatible or not, please?
To assist you, my card is:

Thank you very much

    Hello,

Knowing the model of the graphics card in question.... :-)

In this case, the GT710 should be compatible with a UEFI BIOS.

      Thank you,
I was asking this question because ever since I set it up and installed it, my EFI has become unreadable.
Do you have any idea, pretty please lol
      thanks

Without knowing the rest of the.... configuration?

It's impossible to have ideas; we received the Christmas ornaments for the tree, but not yet the crystal balls for fortune-telling... sorry.

      Lol,

      CM: MSI H110 M Pro-VD PLUS
      Intel I5 6600 Skylake
GPU: MSI GeForce GT 710 2GD3H LP 2 Go
      8 Go DDR4 à 2400 MHZ
      SSD: Crucial 275 Go
      DD: Toshiba 2 To
      Windows 10 Home

      Here you go, Judge_GT

P.S.: There's something strange, the card is supposed to have 2 Go and in the device manager, it says it has 6098 MB.

Screenshot of the "device manager" saying that?

Given the configuration... if the EFI is posing a problem, I would say it's more related to a display/screen issue, but... that's just my opinion.

How is the screen connected to the GPU? And does the problem persist if you connect directly to the motherboard?

The screen is connected via VGA but it doesn't cause any issues for Windows.
However, after installing the graphics card, grub2 disappeared, and when I try to update Mageia via USB key, the screens look awful too.

PS: When I look up the MSI GT710 with 1 GB of RAM online, they all say "UEFI compatible," but when I search everywhere for the one with 2 GB, UEFI is nowhere to be found...
