Windows cannot find the Microsoft Windows 10 license agreement.

Hello;
I have an HP laptop that originally had Windows 8. I upgraded it to Windows 8.1 and then from 8.1 to 10.
But for some unknown reason, it only starts in safe mode.
I tried checkdisk and Sfc scannow, and none of them worked.
This laptop belongs to my parents, who are not very good with computers.
They don’t install any software and only use it for Skype, emails, checking their bank accounts, and cooking recipes.
Every time it became slow, the solution was to go to the next version of Windows.
Once on Windows 10, the laptop started to slow down again gradually.
I strongly suspect that HP is the culprit.
Their laptops are filled with unnecessary bloatware that slows down the computers.
So I thought the best solution would be to do a clean installation of Windows 10.
I downloaded the ISO with Microsoft’s official tool and put it on a USB stick with Yumi for the advantage of multi-boot.
So here I am, I click on install, I get the installation start page and then I get this error message:
Windows cannot find the Microsoft License Agreement. Please check that the installation sources are valid and retry the installation.
Is it possible that this is because I used Yumi?

Hello,

The Microsoft tool that downloads the ISO can install it on a USB drive, no need for third-party software.

And with this installation, if the PC previously had a valid version linked to the free migration from Windows 8 to 10, it will retrieve a validation key during installation when connected to the internet.

Best regards

Hello.

You can:

Burn a DVD with the ISO using CDBurnerXP by doing: burn an ISO image.

Or create your USB stick with the W10 ISO using Rufus

https://forum-windows7-windows8.fr/viewtopic.php?f=38&t=8906

In Rufus, choose the partition type GPT for UEFI in the second tab at the top.

Are your USB sticks recognized by Windows?

You can also check your laptop's hard drive with CrystalDiskInfo just in case.
