Hello,
I'm reaching out because I've exhausted all my options:
I bought this TV https://www.electrodepot.fr/ this weekend and installed it right away. I'm receiving all the channels I'm supposed to, but I can't get internet on my television, which does have smart TV functionality.
I connected my TV with a LAN cable to a switch that my computer is also connected to (which is online and working well). In the TV menu, there aren't many options to set up the internet/network connection. For the IP address and DNS, I tried both automatic and manual settings (checking the info on my PC via run>cmd>ipconfig/all). I tried several cables, and I also tried connecting the TV directly to the wall RJ45 socket. Nothing works!
When I try to test the internet speed, it tells me "The server is not responding, please check your internet connection." When I try to access the internet portal or the smart TV portal, I get a black screen with a loading icon that disappears after 10 seconds, but nothing else happens. When I'm on YouTube on my computer, I see the icon to watch videos on my TV (it correctly shows the TV's name and model), and when I click on it, the TV goes back to that black screen with the loading icon, then nothing.
I called Wifirst (the service that provides internet in my residence) to see if they indeed offer internet for televisions, and I was told that it was possible. I called Electro Dépot, and they told me to bring the television back to the store without giving me any additional information (not really keen on making a 1.5-hour trip to return a brand-new TV).
IN SHORT, I'm out of solutions. I've tried looking online, but generally, they talk about Samsung because it's more popular and widespread, but never about Edenwood. Sorry for the long message, and thank you in advance for your responses! ^^
Have a good evening :)

I also have a problem with the Edenwood smart TV. Every time I turn it off and then on again, the WiFi disconnects, and when I go back to the settings to activate it, it is no longer available. The TV only shows wired devices, which never find anything. The only solution is to reset the TV each time. Does anyone have a solution? My internet goes through an Orange Livebox 4 and works on my other devices.
Thank you.
What the heck, what is the norm lmao
