HP Deskjet 3520 - Carriage Jam Solved

Hello,
I improperly installed a cartridge and the carriage is stuck under the part to the right of the opening where the cartridges are accessible. There is no paper jam. I'm afraid to pull too hard on the carriage by hand. Can you give me some advice, please? No one wants to fix printers anymore... Thank you in advance.

Well, I suggest you never buy any products from this brand (HP) again. I've wasted quite a bit of time initially doing a manual head cleaning with solvent, which works very well and is quite quick. Then I got this carriage error message... it's absolutely nonsense. All Deskjet 3520s have been obsolete since February 1, 2017. They've decided that way. That's how it is. I invite you to check the forums on this topic, and you'll form your own opinions. A law was passed on this kind of thing last year, and I thank our government for that. I hope that one day we can rely on the products we buy, like we used to, and that the large companies, which are indifferent to the environment, waste, so-called recycling, and finally our wallets, will be severely punished. Let's start with our means, stop buying HP.
