Unable to find the supplier it may be poorly installed

Hello,
My machine is infected with a virus that I have removed, but after the removal, I use an HR application (Human Resources Management), and when I try to open it, I get the following message: unable to find the provider, it may be poorly installed.
Can someone help me how to resolve this issue?

    before the removal of what we call an infection, was the PC functioning normally?
