How to recover a Minecraft account using its username

Hi!

It's been about 3 years since I last played Minecraft and I would like to recover my account, but I don’t remember either the email address or my password. I only remember my username. So I wanted to know if it’s possible to recover my Minecraft account using my username. And if sadly not, I would like to know if my username will disappear one day because if I create another account, I would like to keep that username.

    To find out the email you used, you need to go into the game's files and then into: launcher_profiles.json

    there should normally be a line with your email ^^
