Hello,
I work with Word 2016 to create educational documents, and until now, converting to PDF has never been a problem for me.
Today, I just finished a new Word document, and when I convert it to PDF, it gives me a document with a gray band on the right that occupies about 1/4 of the page width, which does not exist in the original Word document.
I can't remove it...
I probably made a mistake at some point, but I can't find where...
Thank you in advance for your help

Indeed, in the review menu, comments have been activated somehow as I have never used this feature...
In any case, after deactivation, the PDF conversion is correct!
Thank you for your quick response and your efficiency!
    Best regards, Mikel

    Hello,

It's difficult without seeing the original document.
But I think you've either activated the track changes or inserted comments.

If there is an unaccepted change or a comment left, you get a gray band on the right side.

So, in the Review tab => Accept all, or just hide (comments, etc.).
