Iiyama GB2773HS-2 Monitor OSD Locked

Hello

The problem is all in the title, I followed the instructions in the manual, and others online, I have no way to solve the OSD Locked issue.

Here’s what I have:
-OSD Locked.
-No signal (so basically I don’t even have the basic display, so it’s powered on)
-None of the manipulations worked.

    Hello,
    Turn off your screen, press and hold the Menu button, turn on your screen once it’s on, release the menu button, it’s unlocked.

      It still doesn't work, the Menu is indeed the [1] button? I feel like it's not picking up my finger at all, I always have trouble with touchscreens...

      Only the [2] button and Power respond to my touch.

      It's not a model GB2773HS but a GB2788HS.

      Update on the topic, I went to the shop where I ordered the screen, and it turns out that my problem is physical, it might be sent back to the factory. Thanks for the help anyway.
