Hello, I built my PC myself but when starting up, the screen says "no signal detected"

Intel Core i3-6100
Gigabyte H110M-S2V
DDR4 HyperX Fury, 2 x 4 GB, 2133 MHz, CAS 14
Sapphire Radeon RX 460 OC (UEFI), 2 GB
Western Digital Caviar Blue, 1 TB
Cooler Master N300, Black + B400 v2 Power Supply

    Check that the cable is properly connected to the graphics card, that the video is set to auto or Radeon RX460 in the BIOS, and that you have selected the correct source on your monitor.

    Are the fans on your graphics card spinning?
