Empty conversation on Messenger

Hello,
I have a quick question; I have a conversation showing up on Messenger
but I've never spoken to the person in question.

How is this possible?

Hello,

Open it to see the content.
Sometimes Facebook creates a conversation just to say:
- X is now on Messenger, you can talk to him! (For example, A just downloaded the app on his mobile)
- Or you are now friends with X, you can talk to him on Messenger.

I think it should normally be stated in the Messenger conversation created.

PS: And then to save the relationship, a bit of loyalty and trust :-)

  When I open it, there's nothing there, but how can I prove that I haven't deleted anything?

  I saw that there were quite a few bugs on Messenger and honestly otherwise I don't see, I did tests to see if any windows could pop up by mistake on Messenger by clicking on someone but no ^^ desperate girl!!!

Hello,

Messenger doesn't invent conversations...

If the conversation appears from your account, it means your account has chatted with that person's account. ;-)

Was it you or someone else using your account... only you can know that.

Unfortunately, your relationship won't be saved so easily... Sometimes you have to own up to it. ;-)

  The conversation appeared after accepting the person as a friend, but I never had a conversation with them. There’s no way to show that there was an error, a bug, or whatever you want to call it on Facebook.

  There is no "conversation" if there are no messages.
  
  Messenger simply indicates that X is friends with Y and that you can chat, but does not display any messages...
  
  Unless the discussion was made in "secret" mode and the messages have auto-deleted because of a limited lifespan...
  
  But if the messages are deleted, they are deleted, unless archived or sent to the trash (although it seems to me that Facebook operates this way).

  It's a line in Messenger but not a "conversation" ... (by definition, by the way).

  She can delete her message, no, because even if she deletes it on her side, it is still visible on yours, just like with SMS, emails... or even letters ;-)
  
  As for the "secret" mode, it’s a recent feature of Messenger that allows you to send "ephemeral" messages or "ephemeral" content similar to Snapchat, with a limited lifespan, after which... the message disappears from both sides.

I just looked a bit closer on my phone and in "Other conversations," I have a conversation with someone I've never talked to, and the conversation only contains this:

And I tested deleting each message one by one from a person I chatted with, you will notice in red (masked), the profile picture of the person, in small. This indicates that the message has been read:
