Samsung stuck issue

Hello,

Yesterday I bought a second-hand Samsung J5.
I wanted to use it right away but it asks for the email address of the previous owner, as it has been reset...
I have absolutely not kept their contact details and I can't use it because my Gmail account doesn't work on it
I tried doing a hard reset, a hard reset on the computer with Sidesync but nothing works, it doesn’t function

So I'm reaching out to you for more information

    Turn off the phone
    Volume Up + Home + Power button (simultaneously)
    Recovery Mode
    wipe data / factory reset
    Yes -- delete all user data
    reboot system now
