Allow premium SMS services

Hello,

by accident, I clicked on always refuse premium SMS on my Samsung Galaxy A5 2016 and I can't authorize them again.
I cleared the cache, reset the message settings to default, "Send premium SMS" is set to "always allow," but I still can't send premium SMS...
Does anyone have a solution to suggest?
Thanks in advance

Configuration: Windows / Firefox 49.0

Hello and thank you for your response, but I have already checked and Google Play and SMS+ payments are authorized on my bill (it's actually one of the first things I verified while searching online for answers to my problem).

Google Play and SMS+ do not fully correspond to "Premium SMS"

What is the exact error message encountered when you try to use this type of SMS? And what is the targeted number?

The message is failure to send because I accidentally clicked on "refuse sending paid SMS" in the dialog box, which affects all short numbers with 5 digits.
