My TV turned off after a strange noise.

Hello,
I have a small Haier TV (model: LE24M660CF) as my computer monitor, connected to my PC via an HDMI cable, which suddenly turned off yesterday upon starting. It made a “pop” just before, and even the light that is usually red when it's off won't turn on anymore.
So I tried to take it apart thinking it might be a blown fuse, but to my surprise! No fuses! Or at least no visible fuses, and I didn't notice any signs of burning either. Does anyone have any idea what it could be? I don't know much about TVs.
Thank you.

    Hello,
Maybe a capacitor that blew, didn’t you notice anything? swollen cap? leaks?

No, I didn't notice anything. Neither streaking nor swelling. That's what I find strange!
      Could it be programmed obsolescence?
      Thank you for your reply.

Who knows, we have to expect anything...still see a repairman.
