My TV turns off and on by itself

My one-year-old Continental Edison TV turns off and on every 10 to 20 seconds. It is impossible to control anything with the remote.
Who has had this problem before?

    Thank you Andy31200, I unplugged my TV for more than 2 hours and nothing, it's impossible to access the menu either through the TV or the remote control. After two presses, the TV gets stuck.
