Hello,
I can't capture an image with my scanner; during installation, it asks for the serial number, but no images are detected when I present my slides. Can you tell me how to proceed? My scanner is new.<config>Windows 7 / Firefox 49.0</config>

    Hello,

    This device is not working, probably due to the incompatibility of the provided software with the Windows system. There's no need to stress over it; the best thing to do would be to return it to your seller. That's what I just did. Best regards.
