Hello,

I have a bit of a problem. I installed Opera and transferred all my bookmarks from Chrome to Opera, everything was working fine, and then... Poof, my motherboard decided to give up. I managed to recover the data from drives C:// and D:// on external hard drives, but I can't find the bookmarks from Opera. I looked for answers about these kinds of problems everywhere, but I can't find the .adr files.

The bookmarks I had represent 6 years of internet research, so it hurts a bit to lose everything like that. Does anyone have a solution, or am I completely out of luck?

Thank you for your attention, and if you need more information, I'll provide it!

    Hello,
Your files are located in C:\username\AppData\Roaming\Opera\profile\opera6.adr be careful, to access it you need to show hidden files and folders.
Your bookmarks are still in Google Chrome since when you export them to another browser, they remain in the original browser; for Google Chrome, they are in C:\user\username\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\ the bookmarks are in the bookmarks file.

      Hello,
thank you very much, I'm going to check in appData. I had given up on that side since it was half empty; I understand better now. Unfortunately, for Chrome, I completely deleted it since Opera was nice.

      Update:

I did it and everything was there, thank you so much dear sir/madam, I worship you!
