Hello
I'm having a problem with my computer and I only know a little about it..
So here it is, I have a Thomson THBK1 9.32 running Windows 10 and since yesterday I can't access either the start menu or the internet. All the icons are displayed but nothing opens when I click on them.
I have PDF files that open on the internet but when I open them I get the following notification "the endpoint mapper has no endpoints available" and I have no idea what that means or what to do...
If someone could help me that would be nice.

Continue over there
If you have Avast, uninstall it using its tool
