You should never send a MAC BOOK PRO to them
They scam you with the appearance, you estimate your MAC BOOK PRO from 2015 on their site, they offer you around €740, you send the product, you receive an email with a WARNING about non-compliant product (lol) they mention micro-scratches on the screen, a swollen battery (dangerous) and significant scratches on the case. And then the new estimate drops to around €280. You write emails, a dialogue of the deaf ensues. In the end, since your device was opened by their technician with photo proof. You don't know if the computer will work again given their responses to emails; you accept out of desperation. A few days later, you return to their site and to your surprise. They put your Macbook Pro back up for sale, they say in a deplorable condition for €1039!!!!. You are really thieves......................
Date of experience: October 6, 2021-
Hello, indeed there is a big problem with them... I sold an iPhone 13 Pro 1TB, I took their shipping kit to be more sure and relaxed, the post office lost or stole the package and the result is that the package isn't insured, I haven't received anything and the phone is gone... a complaint with the DGCCRF and a court case are underway. For anyone experiencing the same issue, don't hesitate to report them to the DGCCRF; it will have more impact and trigger an inspection and condemnation for bad practices.

Attention also when trading in a phone, we sent a phone in perfect condition, without any scratches, and it was precisely because it was perfect that we attempted the experience of trading it in via a website. Obviously, customer service offers us a lower trade-in value due to scratches, which do not exist, and if we do not wish to pursue this, return shipping costs will be at our expense... In short, we would have been better off trading it in another way; by looking for convenience (pre-printed label, shipping costs included, transfer to checking account), we lost. I do not recommend this site at all, they are simply very bad faith.

Beware, same experience!!
New mobile phone sent without scratches and a few days after receiving it....a message saying it had scratches!! As a result....the initial buyback price was reduced by €74!! If I disagreed with this assessment, I had to pay to have it sent back!!
So, to be avoided...
Their competitor is more serious and more responsive!!

Thieves!! They estimate the phone and after receiving it say it's not compliant! I was estimated at €88 and then finally €0, and if I want to get my phone back I have to pay €12! Stay away from this site!

Big Scam
They offer you an attractive trade-in price, but once they have received the device, you discover that it is scratched on the screen and the casing ("scratches" invisible to the naked eye, anyway) and especially that your phone is "dead," without further explanation, even though it was working perfectly fine.
You then have 2 choices: pay 12 euros to retrieve your device hoping to find it in the same condition you sent it to them (that is, without scratches and in working order) or leave it for them for free. Nice markup for e-recycle.

Hi,
at first glance, there seems to be no issues to report with this site. The few negative reviews I came across were about the phone buyback (apparently they are very picky)
Everything else is in order.

ATTENTION. In disputes with the site to avoid, they refuse to take their responsibilities following the Colissimo shipment with proof of deposit as evidence. The post office assures me that only the proof of deposit is acceptable, yet I am being asked for an invoice that I have never had in my possession; the site did not mention any such indication prior to shipping. Please take your responsibilities. THANK YOU.

The shipping is clean, but the customer service is terrible!
After 6 months of use, my Premium grade iPhone XR broke down. After 1 month, the problem is still not diagnosed (even though it was diagnosed in an Apple store and I sent all the information!)
Despite my multiple follow-ups, no estimated time frame and no replacement solution offered!
What a hassle, I highly discourage it. -
Hello
I sent them a like-new Galaxy Note 20 Ultra for trade-in, and they found all sorts of defects, like scratches, which is false. I requested that they return my phone, and they gave it back to me with a large mark on one of the corners, like a cut made by a sharp object, which I believe was done intentionally.
This company is dishonest. I wanted to file a complaint because it's not right to scam people in this way under the pretext of "recycling." I hope that one day a check will be made on this company.

Hello Sandra,
The reviews are collected from our customers, and they are certainly not fake reviews. Please feel free to contact the various collection platforms such as Trustpilot or Avis-Vérifié that we use if you would like to know more about the subject.
Regarding the return shipping costs, they are indeed your responsibility once you have used a prepaid label provided by us to send your device. You did not incur any costs to send your device. If you had shipped it by your own means, the return would have been our responsibility.
The first step is always to contact our support team initially.
Best regards,
