Perform 4 random draws in Excel

Hello,

I'm not very skilled in computing, but I'm asking my question please.
I manage pétanque games, but I'm stuck, let me explain:
- I have 120 individual players numbered from 1 to 120.
- I need to conduct the competition in 4 rounds with 3 vs 3 triplettes.
- It's a rotating mêlée, meaning the 3 players on the team are never the same.
- My concern is whether there is a way or software that could ensure everything is random so that a player never plays with the others and, if possible, never against them in the 4 rounds.
