Hello, I am contacting you through this forum to ask how to change my email addresses after switching internet providers, because yesterday on the France Télévision site for an online game, I had to use a different username, but my game account has reset, even though it's the same personal information except for the email address. On another note, how can I create a Free email account for my husband and transfer all his received messages? However, he does not have a mobile phone, only a landline. Thank you for your response. However, with a Gmail address, you can transfer the content from his current inbox (in settings > Accounts and import).
The advantage of using a different email service than that of the ISP is that you are more free if you change providers...
He should have access to his old inbox for 6 months.

Hello Abel, following my response on October 4, 2016 regarding the modification of my contact email for the France TV online games account, I was unable to do so; there’s only the place where I enter my identifiers, which doesn’t work with the new address. As for the password, there’s the "forgot password" option, which I am familiar with. As I mentioned, I don’t want to create a new account because I would lose all my levels in my games. My husband did so when he was at level 15 due to an error in his username, and it took time to change that. Thank you for your response. Best regards.
