Hello, for some time now, I can't open a file on the internet that gives results from a laboratory analysis. What should I do? It says "sorry, unable to open this file," I don't understand because I have always been able to open them. Could it be something to do with Windows 10? Thank you for your help.

I believe I understand that this is an ActiveX control, and when I activate it, it refuses me, saying it’s from an unknown publisher, but there is no risk, it’s a laboratory. I’m a bit lost as I am not a pro on the net, thank you, best regards.

Hello, I'm happy to announce that my problem is finally resolved. I downloaded Firefox, as advised by Raspey earlier, and IT WORKS!! Thank you very much to everyone for your help, best regards.

Your laboratory must have provided you with a username and password to access your results. Have you tried using them again to see if the issue persists?

Thank you for your response. I have tried several times, and I have had this account for a long time, always with the same username and password. It was even noted on the small card that you are given during the exam, and it was indeed the same. Best regards.

I did it again, it's the same, nothing to do, when we try to open the attachment. Sorry, "a problem prevents opening the PDF file" that's the famous message. Sorry for the inconvenience, and thank you for your help. Best regards and have a good evening.
