My laptop turns off when I unplug the charger.

Hello everyone, here it is, my laptop has a little problem... When it's plugged into the power outlet, everything works, but as soon as I remove the plug (even if the battery is fully charged), the laptop turns off... And there's no way to turn it back on unless I plug it in again... I bought a new battery but the same problem persists...
Does anyone have a solution?

Hello,
Have you cleaned the battery connectors?

It's a problem of this kind, likely hardware-related.

Power is not coming from the battery, so look for the faulty component in the "connection" between the laptop and the battery.
