I'm still looking for the right way to move some applications from my SSD (C) to the HDD (D). My OS is Win 10.
1 – The first three suggestions (previous messages) left me doubtful,
2 - I preferred to take a simple action by creating a SOFTWARE folder on the HDD (D :) and "cutting/pasting" 1 minor software from the SSD (C :) to SOFTWARE (for testing). It works, and I also moved 5 minor software that I had installed myself. After some thought, I don't really like this method; I'm worried about some software that might have common files.
3 – Tontonsébastien's message made me think; the W10 storage option seems more sensible, more appropriate. I found this option in Win 10, "SETTINGS/SYSTEM/Apps & features", but I admit that I haven't started yet. I'm thinking about it and will look into this function more deeply.
For now, my SSD is at 22%,
There's no rush! In the meantime, I've set the option "STORAGE/Save location/D :" as default, so any new software should go to D :.
