Hello,
I added a "hide" icon to a toolbar so I can quickly hide text to avoid printing it. But I would like to have another icon to show the previously hidden text, without having to go to the Font menu, for quicker access.
Is there a command in all the available commands (which can be accessed through Word options / customize) to add this to the "quick access" toolbar?
Best regards
Configuration: Windows 7 / Mozilla 11.0

Hello malapprenouf,
I may not have understood, but you just need to click on the same icon again to "unmask" the text.
Note: if you want to keep the text with the "Hidden" attribute but simply display it on the screen, click on the [¶] tool in the [Home] tab that shows the non-printing formatting marks. The hidden texts are underlined by a dotted line.
