Email sent in HTML received in plain text

Hello,

I've been facing a rather strange issue within my company for a few days. Let me explain:
A colleague is receiving more and more plain text emails in her Outlook 2013 inbox. However, all these emails (coming from my company and its subsidiaries) are being sent in HTML format.
I conducted a test, an email was sent in HTML by the IT department of one of our subsidiaries, she received it in plain text while I received it in HTML. I looked into her settings in Outlook, everything is configured correctly.
I then thought to check our webmail, and the email arrived in plain text for her and in HTML for me. No filters are applied on her side (except for the vacation filter, but it is disabled).
This problem suddenly appeared two weeks ago and is getting worse for her.
Do you see any solution to the issue?

Thanks :)

    Problem solved.
In fact, an email forwarding was set up by the IT department of one of our subsidiaries that is using Exchange 2010. To do this, an Exchange contact had to be created (as we are currently not using it at the headquarters), and this contact is created by default with the "Default settings" option active in the "Use RTF MAPI format" setting. Changing this to "Never" resolves the issue.
Hoping this can help others in case this problem arises.
