Hello,
Hi everyone!
I have a Samsung Galaxy Y Pro, and recently my phone has been glitching or "freezing." Let me explain: when someone calls me, they find my phone turned off or out of coverage, even though it is indeed on and I have signal.
Moreover, sometimes SMS messages don't arrive the same day or even never.... Sometimes I try to call my mom and I can't get any signal; I have to remove the battery and put it back in for it to work again.
I also find that my phone is lagging; for example, it shows Facebook notifications that happened days ago :/
All of this makes me believe there's a problem with the phone itself (it has nothing to do with the network).
Have you ever had this kind of problem with your phone?
Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 47.0

Hello, yes I've already had this issue regarding calls and SMS, it was just a SIM card problem. A change solved everything.
However, for your Facebook notifications, does this delay happen when you are on Wi-Fi or on a 3G or 4G connection?
